As notaries, we act as organs of jurisdiction over non-contentious matters and carry out a state function as officials.
We carry out our duties independently and, at the same time, impartially. They are, however, subject to state supervision.

contracts and contracts of inheritance, formations of companies, establishment of single storey ownership, mortgage
and easements contracts) as well as declarations in dealings with the authorities, which need to be recorded or certified

Mediation is a way of dealing with conflicts out of court. Under the guidance and support of the mediator, the reciprocal
standpoints of the parties to the conflict are exchanged, disclosed and structured with the objective of working out, through
joint discussion, a fair, legally binding solution, which the parties come up with themselves, in the form of an agreement.
